Office 365: Effective Email Management

Now that you've used email with Outlook 2010 for a while, it's time to learn how to make Outlook work better!

In this session we'll look at several different Outlook features and provide tips and tricks to make managing your mail much easier.

Here's what we'll cover:

  • Using Search Folders
  • Setting up Rules to handle mail automatically
  • Creating Quick Steps to automate your common tasks
  • Using the new Conversation View to follow an email "thread" or conversation
  • Working with the To Do Bar and creating/managing Tasks

As always, you'll be able to ask questions and get answers!

Prerequisites: This class is open to new Outlook users as well as more experienced Outlook users.
