Faculty Resources


Through the TLMC, instructors who assign technology-intensive projects to their students can receive support and learning services for themselves and for their students.

Project types include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating Web pages with Dreamweaver
  • Creating newsletters with Publisher, Word, or InDesign
  • Creating slide shows with PowerPoint
  • Creating electronic portfolios (in Blackboard, PowerPoint, or Dreamweaver)
  • Assignments that require the use of Access or Excel
  • Video capture, editing, and publishing 
  • Artwork using Photoshop or Painter

Available services include:

  • Help with project planning
  • Identifying and documenting best methods
  • Training sessions for students (during class time or outside class time)
  • Online resources
  • Individual or small group assistance with projects for students on a walk-in or by-appointment basis
