Admission Process

While applications for admission to most programs at NDSU can be submitted as late as one month prior to the beginning of each semester, the early filing of the admission application is especially important if you can apply for financial aid and housing. If you are interested in starting at NDSU for fall semester, we strongly recommend applying for admission as early as January. Application forms can be obtained from the Office of Admissions. Deferred payment of the admission application fee may be available. For more information, visit the NDSU admissions website by clicking HERE.

Other Services

Office of Multicultural Programs (OMP) provides a host of other services to help students succeed at NDSU. NDSU and the Office of Multicultural Programs realize the importance of supporting multicultural students because success numbers dwindle for students of color when the ability to associate with people of color is not present. We look for ways to foster relationships with multicultural faculty and staff. Outreach is one service that we provide to our students. Whether we reach out to other faculty or staff to assist in event planning or ask them to serve as advisers for student organizations, OMP always has each student's success in mind.

OMP Staff has also assisted students with advocating on their behalf and providing advising and counseling to students. With assistance or referrals to agencies that can assist, student success can be achieved.
