ASU News

A huge thanks to the NDSU Community and the Fargo-Moorhead Community for helping the Black Students Association, African Student Union and in conjunction with the International Students Association for the fund raising effort for the people of Haiti.
In one week students raised $3,052.16. The checks were presented to the Minn-Kota Chapter of the Red Cross on Tuesday, January 26, 2010. The Red Cross representative said the money would be wired immediately to begin helping the earthquake victims of Haiti. In an agreement with the Minn-Kota Chapter of Red Cross, 100% of the funds raised by the students will be used to help Haiti victims.
Congratulations to the ASU, BSU and ISA students for their efforts in raising these funds. It is an amazing accomplishment and example of service to community both near and far!
