Courtney Hawbaker, the daughter of Ted & Mary Hawbaker of Portal, ND has been named the Manager of the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. As a senior in Agriculture Economics and Animal Science, Courtney has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club. Her activities throughout her college career include intramural sports, Kiddie Days, Ag in the Classroom, Little “I” showman, Ad Sales and Homecoming. Upon graduation she hopes to work in the Ag Industry in Western North Dakota.

Matt Hawkins, son of Jeff and Diane Hawkins of Inver Grove Heights, MN, has been named the Awards Chairman for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a senior in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Matt has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout his college career.  His activities include Kiddie Days, Ag in the Classroom, Little I, Beef showman, and Arena Committee Co-chair.  Upon graduation he hopes to work with a global leader in the field of engineering.

Mary Berg, daughter of Jackie Berg of Driscoll, ND, has been named the Ad Sales Chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a senior in Animal Science, with minors in Ag Business and Extension Education, Mary has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout her college career.  Her activities include past beef and sheep showman, past Contestant Feed Co-chair, CASAC representative, Ag Olympics, and Kiddie Days.  Other activities include Ag Ambassadors, Collegiate Farm Bureau, and CASAC secretary/treasurer.  Upon graduation she hopes to pursue an exciting career in agriculture. 

Jason Roise is this year’s Banquet chair. He is a senior from Powers Lake, ND majoring in agriculture systems management. Jason is the son of Gerald and LuAnn Roise. His S&S activities include past Kiddie Days co-chair, Ag Olympics and is currently serving as the club’s vice president. 

            Brandon Hokana, the son of Gary and Loreli Hokana of Ellendale, ND has been named the Arena Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. As a junior in Animal Science and Crop & Weed Science, Brandon has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout his college career. His activities include Ag Olympics, Little I and Ag in the Classroom. He also serves as President of the Collegiate Farmers Union Bureau. Upon graduation he hopes to work in the Ag Industry in some way through farming, ranching or agronomy.

Cameron Wahlstrom, son of Craig and Denise Wahlstrom of Alexander, ND, has been named the Arena Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a senior in Crop and Weed Science, Cameron has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout his college career.  His activities include Kiddie Days, Ag Olympics, Little I, Ag in the Classroom, and Pig & Lamb Sale.  Upon graduation he hopes to find a good job in western North Dakota.

Lindsay Paulson is one of this year’s Art Committee co-chairs. She is a senior from Binford, ND majoring in animal and range sciences. Lindsay is the daughter of Doug and Carol Rickford. Her S&S activities include past dairy showman, art committee co-chair.

Megan Gibbs is one of this year’s Art Committee co-chairs. She is freshman from Glendive, MT majoring in zoology. Megan is the daughter of Tim and Laurie Gibbs. Her S&S activities include Ag Olympics & Homecoming.

Kayla Skunberg is one of this year’s Entertainment and Flowers co-chairs. She is a junior from Barnesville, MN majoring in Child Development and Family Science with a minor in extention education. Kayla is the daughter of Terry and Janice Skunberg. She is currently serving as the club’s CASCAC/CSO representative.

Amanda Montgomery is one of this year’s Entertainment and Flowers co-chairs. She is a freshman from Carrington, ND majoring in agricultural education. Amanda is the daughter of Dennis and Betty Montgomery. Her S&S activities include Ag Olympics.

            Andrew Grundstad, the son of Pete and Sue Grundstad of Crosby, ND has been named Tech Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. Andrew is a junior majoring in Agriculture Systems Management. He is very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club and plans to become an Agronomist after graduation.

Jake Ellwein, the son of Lee and Cindy Ellwein of Rosemount, MN has been named Technical Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. Jake is a senior majoring in Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering. He has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout his college career as well as the NDSU Rodeo Team. His activities include hunting, riding motorcycle, doing homework and having fun.

Jamie May, daughter of Mark and Ann May of Randolph, MN, has been named the Layout Chair for NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a junior in Ag Communications and Advertising, Jamie has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout her college career.  Her activities include Treasurer, Past Fundraising Chair, Paddy Drop Coordinator, Special Events, and Ad Sales Task Force.  Other activities include Judging Club, ACT, Ag Ambassadors, and Lambda Phi Eta.  Upon graduation she hopes to find a role promoting agriculture.

Jenna Schmidt is one of this year’s Layout Committee co-chairs. She is a junior from Pipestone, MN majoring in food science and animal science. Jenna is the daughter of John and Joyce Schmidt. Her S&S activities include National Block & Bridle, Ag Olympics, Kiddie Days, Ag in the Classroom, past fundraising chair and beef showman and is currently serving as the club’s treasurer.

            Amanda Kopp, the daughter of Ray and Kathy Kopp of Des Lacs, ND has been named Ad Design Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. Amanda is a junior majoring in AgBusiness. She is very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club as well as Collegiate FFA and Ag Business Club. Upon graduation she plans to become an Ag Lender in the Minot area.

Katie Carlson, daughter of Randy & Karen Carlson and Cindy Carlson-Schlipp & Kevin Schlipp of Isanti, MN, has been named the Ad Design Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a sophomore in Ag Business and Ag Communications, Katie has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout her college career.  Her activities include Kiddie Days, Intramurals, and Ag in the Classroom, Little I Showman, Ag Olympics, and Philanthropy.  Upon graduation she hopes to find a successful job and enjoy life.

Caitlin Schilke, daughter of Don and Sharon Schilke of Wildrose, ND, has been named the Ag of the Year Chairman for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a junior in Agricultural Education and Animal Science, Caitlin has been very active in the Saddle and Sirloin Club throughout her college career.  Her activities include Kiddie Days, Ag in the Classroom, Intramurals, Ag Olympics and Little I Showman.  Upon graduation she hopes to work as an Ag teacher and live on a farm and ranch.

Kayla Skunberg, daughter of Terry and Janice Skunberg or Barnesville, MN has been named the Booth Chairman for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a senior in Child Development and Family Science, Kayla has been very active throughout her college career in clubs around campus including, Saddle and Sirloin, CASAC, and the NDSU Dairy Club.  Upon graduation she hopes to work with 4-H or as a child life specialist in a children’s hospital.

Laiken Aune, daughter of Scott and Lyda Aune of Williston, ND, has been named the Contestant Feed Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a junior in Agricultural Education, Laiken has been active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club.  Her activities include, Turkey Sales Co-chair, Ag Olympics and Livestock Judging.  Upon graduation she hopes to work as an Ag teacher.

Lindsey Voigt is one of this year’s Contestant Feed Committee co-chairs. She is a senior from Mandan, ND majoring in animal science. Lindsey is the daughter of Al and Rosalie Voigt. Her S&S activities include Ag Olympics, Ag in the Classroom, past beef showman, ham curing contestant and contestant feed co-chair.

Rachelle Hadland is one of this year’s Concessions Committee co-chairs. She is a sophomore from Kindred, ND majoring in microbiology, human performance and fitness, and Spanish. Rachelle is the daughter of Richard and Kathy Hadland. Her S&S activities include intramurals.

Whitney Haux is one of this year’s Concessions Committee co-chairs. She is a sophomore from Kindred, ND majoring in animal science. Whitney is the daughter of Steve and Sandy Haux. Her S&S activities include Kiddie Days, Ag in the Classroom, Ag Olympics, Pig and Lamb Sale, North Star Classic Fitting Contest and past beef showman.

            Brooke Jameson, the daughter of Ed and JoAnn Jameson of Kindred, ND has been named Special Events Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. As a senior in Animal Science, Brooke has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club with activities such as Little “I” showman, Ag Olympics, Blood Drive, Ag in the Classroom and Kiddie Days. Brooke is also active in Livestock Judging, Meats Judging, Ag Ambassadors, PAS/CFFA, Blue Key National Honor Society, Honor Commission and the Judging Club.

Samantha Froelich, daughter of Kurt and Susan Froelich of Dickinson, ND, has been named Special Events Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a freshman in Finance, Samantha has been active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club.  Her activities include Ag Olympics and Intramurals.  Upon graduation she hopes to work as a Financial Planner.

Calli Wold, daughter of Winton and Vicki Wold of Watford City, ND, has been names the Queen Chairman for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a senior in Animal Science, Calli has been very active in the Saddle and Sirloin Club throughout her college career.  Her activities include Little I, 82nd Little I Queen, Public Speaking Chair, Public Speaking Winner, Ag in the Classroom and Kiddie Days.  She is also involved in Ag Ambassadors, Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow and Post-Secondary Agricultural Students/Collegiate FFA.  Upon graduation she hopes to find a career within the beef industry.

            Brianna Bohmbach, the daughter of Clark and Bonnie Bohmbach of Charlson, ND has been named Publicity Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. Brianna is a senior majoring in University Studies for Tourism. She has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout her college career and currently serves as the club’s National Block & Bridle Convention Chair. Her other activities include Campus Attractions, Students Today Leaders Forever and Blue Key National Honor Society. Upon graduation she plans to have a career in the tourism industry.

Haley Tweeten, daughter of Howard and Kathy Tweeten of Bismarck, ND, has been named Publicity Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a junior in Natural Resources Management, with minors in Sociology and Emergency Management, Haley has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout her college career.  Her activities include Past Concessions Co-chair, past swine showman, Public Speaking runner-up, Drug and Alcohol Representative, Kiddie Days, Ag in the Classroom, and Ag Olympics.  Other activities include the Student Society for Leadership and Success, NDSU Student Advisory Committee for Alcohol and Other Drugs, and the Natural Resources Management Club.  Upon graduation she hopes to pursue an exciting career in Natural Resources and Emergency Management. 

Danielle Gibbs, daughter of Tim and Laurie Gibbs of Glendive, MT, has been named the Pictures Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a freshman in Animal Sciences, Danielle is starting to get involved in the Saddle & Sirloin Club.  Upon graduation she hopes to study genetics and work in a lab.

Amber Leaf is one of this year’s Picture Committee co-chairs. She is a senior from Jacobson, MN majoring in agricultural and biosystems engineering. Amber is the daughter of Randy Leaf. Her S&S activities include past beef showman..

Christen Jackson, the daughter of George and Carmen Jackson of Bismarck, ND has been named Ethics Committee Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. As a senior in Animal Science, Christen has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club as well as many other organizations including the Kappa Delta Sorority, Bison Dairy Club, Ag Ambassadors and the NDSU Dairy Judging Team.

Dusty Froelich, the son of Warren and Mary Froelich of Williston, ND has been named Ethics Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. Dusty is a senior majoring in Animal Science. He has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout his college career. He currently serves as Recreation Co-Chair and has also been involved with Intramural Sports, Ag in the Classroom, Kiddie Days and was a Little “I” Showman.

Lindsay Waugh, daughter of Bruce and LeeAnn Waugh of Goodhue, MN, has been named the Animal Ethics Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a junior in Animal Science and Equine Studies, Lindsay has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout her college career.  Her activities include Kiddie Days, Ag in the Classroom, Chili cook off, and Little I.  Upon graduation she hopes to find a successful job in the beef industry. 

Mitchell Becker, son of Thomas and Shelly Becker of Minot, ND has been names the Fundraising Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a sophomore in Agricultural Education, Mitchell has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout his college career.  His activities include Ag Olympics, Turkey Sales Co-chair, Ag in the Classroom and Riding on Angels Wings.  Upon graduation he hopes to become an Ag teacher in North Dakota.

Hannah Kossow is one of this year’s Fundraising co-chairs. She is a sophomore from Cooperstown, ND majoring in animal and range sciences with a minor in equine studies. Hannah is the daughter of Jeff and Bonnie Kossow. Her S&S activities include Ag in the Classroom, Kiddie Days, Pig and Lamb Sale and past beef showman.

Christopher Rockeman, the son of Mark and Annette Rockeman of Donnybrook, ND has been named the Beef Super for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. As a junior in Animal Science, Christopher has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club as well as the Meats Judging Team, the Livestock Judging Team and the ND Junior Hereford Association. Upon graduation he plans to return home as the fourth generation to run the family farm and run a registered Polled Hereford herd.

Lacey Holen is this year’s Assistant Beef Superintendent. She is a junior from Upham, ND. Lacey is the daughter of Kirby and Deanna Holen. Her S&S activities include Kiddie Days, intramurals, past beef and swine showman.

Derek Peterson is the Equine Superintendent. He is a senior from Warren, MN majoring in agribusiness. Derek is the son of Dean and Eleanor Peterson. His S&S activities include National Block and Bridle, swine showman and past equine showman.

Haylee Hawkins is the Assistant Equine Superintendent. She is a junior from Rosemount, MN majoring in equine studies and animal and range sciences. Haylee is the daughter of Bob and Diane Hawkins. Her S&S activities include Ag Olympics  and past equine showman and hippology committee.

Tom Curley, son of Mike and Sue Curley of Windom, MN, has been named the Sheep Superintendent for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a senior in Agricultural and Bio-systems Engineering, Tom has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout his college career.  His activities include Assistant Treasurer, Little I, Intramurals, Ag Olympics, and Kiddie Days.

Justin Galbreath is this year’s Assistant Sheep Superintendent. He is a senior from Oakes, ND majoring in animal science. Justin is the son of Craig and Mary Galbreath. His S&S activities include Ag Olympics, Pig and Lamb Sale manager and past sheep showman. He is currently serving as one of the club’s animal welfare co-chairs.

Brittany Traxinger, daughter of Mike and Terri Traxinger of Claremont, SD, has been named the Swine Superintendent for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a sophomore in Agricultural Communications, Brittany has been active in the Saddle and Sirloin Club throughout her college career.  Her activities include Little I, showing Simmental cattle, Intramural sports, Residence Life Cinema Committee, LLC Hall Council President, Ag Communicators of Tomorrow, and Ag Ambassadors.  Upon graduation she hopes to find a job doing graphics for a cattle magazine.

Eric Kleman ‘Ohio’, the son of Dan and Cynthy Kleman of Ottawa, OH has been named the Assistant Swine Superintendant for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. Eric is a sophomore majoring in Animal Science. He is very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club through activities such as Kiddie Days, Intramural Sports, Little “I” Showmanship, Ag Olympics and Philanthropy projects. Upon graduation he plans to be a sheep and swine producer.

Hannah Kossow, the daughter of Jeff Kossow and Bonnie Kossow, has been named the Dairy Super for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club.  As a senior in Animal Science, Hannah has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club and also serves as the President of the Bison Dairy Club. Upon graduation she hopes to work in the dairy or beef industry, particularly in feed lots. Hannah is from Cooperstown, ND.

Cole Rupprecht, the son of Dale Rupprecht of Thief River Falls and Ramona Johnson of Hastings, MN, has been named the Assistant Dairy Super for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. As a junior in Animal & Range Science, Cole has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club as well as the Judging Club, Bison Dairy Club and Dairy Judging Team. Upon graduation he hopes to work in the dairy industry.

            Ashley Anderson, the daughter of Bob and Sandy Anderson of Pelican Rapids, MN has been named Hippology Co-Chair for the 83rd Little International sponsored by NDSU’s Saddle and Sirloin Club. Ashley is a junior double majoring in Equine Studies and Animal Science with a minor in Agribusines. She is very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club as well as the Gold Star Marching Band, Tau Beta Sigma Sorority and serves as the receptionist at the Red River Animal Emergency Clinic. Upon graduation she plans to become an Equine Veterinarian

Paige Brummond is one of this year’s Hippology Committee co-chairs. She is a sophomore from Oakes, ND majoring in equine studies and animal and range sciences with a minor in agribusiness. Paige is the daughter of Gordon and Kathy Brummund. Her S&S activities include  past equine showman and hippology committee member.

Lee Widdel, son of Larry and Ula Widdel of Minot, ND has been named Ham Curing Co-chair for the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club’s 83rd Little International.  As a junior in Agricultural Economics, Lee has been very active in the Saddle & Sirloin Club throughout his college career.  His activities include Meats Judging, Livestock Judging and Little I.  Upon graduation he hopes to return to Minot and continue farming.

Marcus Meder is the Public Speaking chair. He is a senior from Dalton, MN majoring in economics with a minor in political science. Marcus is the son of Brad and Barb Meder. His S&S activities include Kiddie Days, past beef showman and public speaking contestant.
