Overall Summary
See Kramer, H.H., and Burnham. 1947. Genetics 32:379-390.
- For testcross data, use direct calculation of percent
recombination in the total population. Immer and Henderson
(1943) provide the standard error of p.
- For F2 coupling or repulsion data alone,
use the product method. See Immer and Henderson (1943)
for s.e.(p).
- For F3 data from doubly dominant F2
phenotypes, the maximum likelihood method must be
used as described by Immer and Henderson (1943).
- For combined data from F2 repulsion and
coupling data with F3 progeny test, use
Fisher's scoring method.
