The March 2003 SHRA meeting took place on the Moorhead campus.  Trish Robertson the systems & Security/privacy manager from Blue Cross spoke about HIPA.  She discussed new privacy and security rules.

The gifts that need to be brought to the conference from each college were discussed briefly.  One volunteer was at the NDSU play to help with ushering, we need people to donate blood before the next meeting to finish off our volunteer programs for the year.  Elections will be held next month, so come with ideas of what office you would like to hold.

The general conference will be held April 25th in the Twin Cities.  An internship with Merit Care is being offered for the summer, this will be full time.
