March 2007 Minutes

Hi everyone,

 

Here are the minutes for the March meetings.

 

To start the meeting we discussed the possibility of changing the organization to an NDSU only organization.

 

The speaker was Teresa Lewis from Eide Bailly who spoke about "Performance Appraisals."  She gave us a very informative look into how Eide Bailly goes about doing performance appraisals.    She also talked about the possible problems with coming up with a practical performance appraisal system.  Also keeping the appraisal on the job and not on the person is crucial for success.

 

For our next meeting held on April 3^rd we will be having our spring elections and look forward to seeing all of you there.
