Grant Haugen has been teaching in the Law Enforcement Department at Alexandria Technical College since March 1980.  He currently retired as the Division Chair and Coordinator for the Law Enforcement program July 28, 2006. He still teaches use-of-force classes for the Law Enforcement Program and the summer Law Enforcement Skills Training.
