1. Minutes - The minutes for the April 26 meeting were approved.
2. ITS Update
a) The Sasser worm that has been wreaking havoc throughout the wired world seems to have had less of an impact on the NDSU campus than some previous problems. ITS will meet with campus IT professionals to assess the campus response.
b) The memo about the desktop purchase plan will be sent to departments this week.
c) The campus has received information about the computer cascade program. There has been a lot of interest. Approximately 200 machines will be available through the program.
3. Cluster Subcommittee Report
The cluster subcommittee submitted their annual report. It was approved by CITPiG.
4. Due to the meager attendance at the meeting the call for nominations for chair was tabled until the May 10 meeting.
