Lyn Willoughby is the Instructional Designer for NDSU Distance and Continuing Education. Willoughby has developed and taught curriculum for students elementary school through adult, including promoting and implementing professional development programs for teachers, doctors and disaster alert personnel, and pilots. She was a recipient of the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education's 2001 Best Practice Award for Comprehensive Services in Education.
