Notes from the meeting of December 12, 2001
Noon, Meadowlark Room, Memorial Union

Members present: Virginia Clark Johnson, Bob Harrold, Phil McClean, Char Myhre, Stephen O’Rourke, Larry Peterson, Carol Prafcke, Amy Richter, Deanna Sellnow, Steve Smith, Orven Swenson, Justin Wageman.

The meeting was called to order at noon by Larry Peterson, Chair. He volunteered to serve as recorder for this meeting. A motion was approved (Harrold/Richter) to approve the minutes of November 28.

There were no announcements.

The Humanities and Fine Arts and Communication Subcommittee has not yet met, but scheduled its first meeting after the Committee meeting.

The Social and Behavioral Sciences, Quantitative Reasoning, and Wellness Subcommittee and the Science and Technology Subcommittee are still waiting for departments to respond to requests for further information.

The Committee will meet on the following Tuesdays from 12:30-2:00 in the Spring Semester:
January 15, Meinecke Board Room
February 12, Badlands Room
March 5, Meinecke Board Room
April 9, Meinecke Board Room

The meeting adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
