NDSU Faculty and Staff

New faculty and staff may request CampusConnection security access by completing and submitting the appropriate Security Request Form to 110 Ceres Hall. An e-mail notice will be sent to you from the Connect ND project with your login information.

• Security Request Form for Faculty (including teaching assistants and adjuncts)
• Form for staff in academic departments
• Form for staff in non-academic departments

These forms may be used to request initial security access for new faculty and staff or for those requesting a change or addition to their existing security roles.

If you have been assigned access and are experiencing difficulty logging in to the portal:

• Contact the NDUS Help Desk at 1-866-457-6387 or
• Go to the CampusConnection portal and click on What is My UserID and/or Forgot My Password
