The committee meets at least once per semester, usually in October and March. The full committee is divided into two subcommittees - the Space Subcommittee and the Planning Subcommittee. These subcommittees meet as needed and at the discretion of the VP for Finance and Administration and/or the subcommittee chair as issues arise.
