CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND FAMILY SCIENCE CLUB

Description: To promote educational and professional development among majors and minors through participation in community service, professional conferences, lectures from visiting speakers, and guidance from the interaction with faculty. To provide social contact among members to develop a support system.

Benefits: Making contacts with professionals in the field for possible future employment and developing leadership skills.

Activities: Regular meetings; service to the community; professional development; speakers; field trips; workshops; conferences; fundraising; and recreation activities.
