You are now ready to begin. . . . .
There are two categories of information for students to apply for scholarships:
- This 2009-2010 College of Human Development internal scholarship packet year advertises the "in-house awards. The recipients of these scholarships will be chosen by the College's Scholarship Committee. The packet is divided by majors with the category of "general" containing awards appropriate for several majors. Most of the scholarships ask for your income for Fall Semester 2007. This is defined as the money it took to cover your expenses for Fall Semester 2007. This does not include loans or any money you will need to pay back. Some scholarships also ask for essays.
- The 2009-2010 External Scholarship Opportunities lists many scholarships and awards for students majoring in areas of Human Development and Education. These scholarships/awards will be chosen by external groups or donors. Check these for deadline dates, application forms and submission procedures.
