STUDENT DIETETIC ASSOCIATION

Description: Acquaint students with all aspects of dietetics.

Benefits: To broaden the scope of the educational experiences through varied nutrition related activities. To stimulate sound nutrition practices among peers. To provide sound nutrition information to community.

Activities: Volunteer for Grocers Fight Cancer Promotion; Eating Disorders Awareness Week; attend the Annual American Dietetic Association Convention; volunteer at Children's Museum, prepare meals for the YWCA shelter; raise funds through selling raffle tickets.
