The North Dakota Forest Service Fire Management Program adheres to the principle
that minimal losses from wildland fire are achieved by having a high level
of wildfire awareness and prevention education, and by providing quality
technical and financial assistance to assure that North Dakota has highly
trained personnel with the best possible equipment. To that end Fire
