Make the most of your education. We'll provide opportunity and prepare you for the future.

The value of CAREER-RELATED EXPERIENCE prior to graduation cannot be underrated, especially in today's job market. NDSU's Cooperative Education Program gives students a competitive edge. You can participate in paid work experiences locally, regionally and nationally.

PARTNERSHIPS with the business community through the Research and Technology Park offer NDSU students hands-on learning that enhances their classroom experience.

Located in Ceres Hall, the NDSU Career Center is a comprehensive employment information and resource center that connects students and alumni with employers. From August 2007 to June 2008, 110 COMPANIES VISITED THE NDSU CAMPUS TO INTERVIEW 723 seniors for full-time positions, and the center posted nearly 1,928 full-time opportunities on its electronic job board. The center helps coordinate such events as the Engineering and Technology Expo, Tri-College Graduate School Day, Tri-College Career Fair, North Dakota Education Connection, Spring Career Fair and Meet the Firms.

An annual employment survey shows 95 PERCENT OF RECENT NDSU GRADUATES ARE EMPLOYED or furthering their education; 90 percent are employed in a position related to their major or minor. The highest reported salary was $85,000, and the average annual reported salary was $40,000.
