Official Guidelines and Procedures for NDSU Web Publishing

The objective of the NDSU WWW server is to provide timely and accurate electronic information on NDSU programs, services, and policies. For more information on instructional use contact The NDSU WWW Project. Students groups and student home pages are available through the NDSU ACM Student Chapter

Procedure to place information on the NDSU Web Server

    bulletComplete a Link Request Form. You will receive email notification when your form has been processed.

    bulletFor help with your web pages, links (create, add, delete), aliases, please follow the table at NDSU WWW Project.

    bulletFollow these links to create your web pages:

    bulletUpload your page(s) to www.ndsu.nodak.edu through your badlands, plains or prairie account (NOTE: You should have a web space link made only by the server's admnistrator).

    bullet Send email to the NDSU Webmaster specifying the address (URL) of the page(s) to be reviewed. You will receive email notification when your reviewed page(s) has(have) been linked to any of the sections of the NDSU Website.

    bullet Send email to the NDSU Webmaster to work out any final changes to the page(s). Completed pages will then be linked or installed by the NDSU Webmaster.
