François Dusoulier
Gap, France

I am a curator of natural history collections, with specialization in entomology.  I'm broadly interested in Heteroptera and especially the Pentatomoidea and Coreoidea of France and western Europe.  I am trying to make the most exhaustive inventory of the Pentatomoidea of France preserved in public and private collections.  These inventories will give a better understanding of species biogeography and ecology, and (I hope) systematics.  The specimens and the entomologists who collected them are both studied as part of a 'naturalist culture' and of 'bioheritage.'

I am currently specifically working on the genera Aelia, Stagonomus, and Carpocoris within the Pentatomidae, and on the genus Canthophorus within the Cydnidae.
