Heidi Eukel, assistant professor in the NDSU Department of Pharmacy Practice, has been appointed to the editorial advisory board of Pharmacy Today. The magazine, one of the profession’s premier publications, is produced by the American Pharmacists Association and focuses on monthly medication therapy management, known as MTM.

“This appointment is a further confirmation of the quality of NDSU pharmacy faculty," said Don Miller, chair of pharmacy practice. "More and more of our NDSU pharmacy practice faculty are involved in national organizations and being recognized for their expertise.”

Eukel serves as the MTM services and disease state management provider for the Thrifty White Concept Pharmacy at NDSU. "I'm honored to serve on this diverse board and I'm looking forward to serving the profession," she said.

The advisory board’s responsibilities include suggesting improvements, providing article suggestions and serving as expert reviewers for articles. Eukel is one of 10 newly appointed editorial advisory board members. She will serve a three-year term.
