NDSU program helps students develop leadership skills

SHARE

The Masters of Success Advanced Leadership Development Program is back for another year of helping students increase their ability to lead teams, speak in front of groups with confidence, learn how to get the job they want and work through conflict in teams.

Masters of Success is an advanced leadership program for juniors and seniors who have a desire to take their leadership skills to the next level. The program is redesigned each year around the specific needs of the final 24 participants selected for the program.

Masters of Success uses a student-based learning model along with current corporate leadership strategies to analyze what will help students succeed in various types of corporate environments. Using methodologies such as brain based learning, reality based learning and problem based learning, the program builds each of its workshops around the needs of the student and his or her peer team to create a one of kind learning experience.

Masters of Success is based on selective admission, where only the first 75 students to apply are chosen for an interviewing process and 24 students are ultimately chosen for the program.

The program is sponsored by the NDSU Memorial Union. Read more about the program at www.ndsu.edu/mu/programs/leadership_programs/masters_of_success.

NDSU is student focused and committed to its land-grant mission.
