Harriette McCaul

Dr. Harriette S. McCaul is the Executive Partner for Human Resource and Learning Service at MeritCare Health System. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Community First Bankshares, and prior to that, she was on the faculty in the College of Business Administration at NDSU. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, as well as a B.A. in Personnel Administration and Psychology, and an MBA from the University of Kansas, Lawrence.
