Hagen’s recital is also a celebration of her new album titled Mash Up and will feature a piece composed of Ed Sheeran’s The A Team and Debussy’s Doctor Gradus ad Parnassum.  The recital will also feature love songs for baritone and duets from the upcoming opera Test Pilot.  Guest artists include Kirsten Whitson, cello; Jean Marker De Vere, violin; and Timothy Takach, vocals, in addition to School of Music students.
