Location:

The Plant Pathology Department has access to very good facilities for research and teaching. The department is housed in five buildings on campus. The administrative seat and the majority of the faculty are housed in Walster Hall, a building constructed as a research facility for agricultural disciplines.

Other faculty and research laboratories are located in Loftsgard Hall, and Waldron Hall, two buildings connected to Walster Hall by a skyway system. Waldron Hall houses the Extension Plant Pest Diagnostic Laboratory, two research laboratories, and a greenhouse complex. Other greenhouse and laboratory space is located in the Plant Pathology and Horticulture greenhouse complex and the USDA Northern Crops Sciences Laboratories.
