Police Records
Requests for police records should be made to Bobbi Ruziska by phone (701)231-8305 or by email bobbi.ruziska@ndsu.edu. Requests for reports will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis prior to disclosure in order to comply with ND Open Records Laws. University Police cannot release motor vehicle accident reports. Requests for crash reports taken by NDSU Police must be made to the ND Department of Transportation, Drivers License Division. A copy of the form required for release can be accessed at www.dot.nd.gov/forms/sfn04901.pdf and returned to the ND DOT at the address provided on the form.
