SECTION 129.1 COMPENSATION IN LIEU OF PAY

Compensation in the form of meals, living quarters, etc., or an allowance in lieu thereof shall be considered pay for salary comparison purposes. Reimbursement for travel expenses including mileage, meals, and lodging expenses that result from assigned duties away from the normal conduct of business shall be considered as pay for salary comparison purposes.
