SECTION 140: RE-EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

SOURCE: NDUS Human Resources Policy Manual, Section 6.11

A former regular employee who resigned or was separated while in good standing will be allowed credit for prior service in establishing eligibility for employment benefits provided re-employment occurs within one year after termination.
