SECTION 145: UNEMPLOYMENT COVERAGE

1. All employees, except student employees, are provided with unemployment coverage under the North Dakota Unemployment Insurance Laws.

2. Under current law, University employees on academic year appointment who have a contract for the next academic year do not qualify for unemployment benefits during the summer months.
