This complex is interconnected and serves as the hub for the First Year Experience (FYE), which provides transition programs for first-year students. The FYE Program helps students meet peers, adjust to academic challenges, develop time management skills, and learn to be independent during their first year of college. Only first year students live in Reed, Johnson and Weible Halls.
Reed and Johnson halls house male students in double rooms,
with some triple rooms where three students live together in a larger
room. Residents have access to a big screen TV in the lounge on the
main floor, a large study area in the Johnson basement, and a pool table
in the Reed basement. Residents in Reed and Johnson are required to
purchase a meal plan.
Weible, a women's complex, is divided into North and South buildings.
All Weible rooms feature oak bunk beds and built-in desks and wardrobes.
Residents have access to a computer cluster in South Weible and can
easily reach the Residence Dining Center through an enclosed walkway.
A meal plan is required for all residents.
