COMM 313, Editorial Processes
Exam will cover all lectures, exercises, and class web site readings through Reading 14 (headlines). Proofreading marks and commonly misspelled words will be included. Part One will be about 25 multiple-choice questions. Part Two will be a grammar/clutter/clichés/trite wording/slow leads section. Sentences in this section are taken directly from daily class exercises. The questions below are designed to give you a feeling for what you should study; they are not (usually) exact questions from the test.
