1. Fee to be decided must be paid to Departmental Office before you can participate in the trip (Stevens
        Hall, Room 218)

2. Notify other instructors that you will be absent from their classes. See me if you need a letter.

3. Get your equipment together for the trip.

4. Assemble in Stevens Parking Lot at 8:00 am, Thursday, April 20th

5. Return on the evening of Sunday, April 23rd at about 9:00 p.m.
