Federal Government Relations Guidelines

  2. Preparations for the fiscal year 2009 Federal Government Relations process are now in place. The appropriations request form has changed and is not available on the web. The request form is one that was asked of NDSU during the FY08 process and is being used for internal purposes as well. Please remember that proposed projects should have an identified federal “pull”.  The request form does ask for federal agency contact information as well.  To request the form, or if you have questions about completing the form or identifying accounts please feel free to contact Sheri Anderson (see contact info above).

  3. Proposals for the new fiscal year are due to the Federal Government Relations Office by approximately January 1 of each year. For fiscal year 2009 requests, please submit the appropriations request form(s) by e-mail to Sheri.Anderson@ndsu.edu by 5:00 p.m. on January 10, 2008.
