As Associate Vice President for Program Development and Operations, Sheri Anderson leads efforts to:

• Develop and manage the Division budget and provide financial oversight of funded programs awarded to the Vice President of RCATT.
• Work with the VP RCATT to establish and implement new program initiatives and centers, including the development of proposals for funding opportunities.
• Assist the VP RCATT with Federal and State programs, including Federal Government Relations and the State Economic Development Centers of Excellence Program.
• Provide operational oversight for business administration and two NDSU research facilities.
