| MTA Request Material Transfer Agreement Request |
If you wish outside testing of your material or wish to test materials from an outside source, please send in a request for an MTA. The MTA protects NDSU's interests, as well as your own interests, in the materials being tested since it will identify ownership of the materials tested and outlines how the potential results of the testing or evaluation should be handled. |  |

| NDA or CDA Request Confidentiality Agreement Request |
A completed NDA or CDA protects you and NDSU when you discuss your research or invention with someone outside the University. The NDA or CDA prohibits the party with whom you discuss your invention from legally disclosing your invention, method, idea, etc., to any other party. |  |
