Residence Life has partnered with Cityscapes Development to offer new downtown apartments, conveniently located within easy walking distance of Klai, Renaissance, and Barry Halls. The Cityscapes Plaza apartments have immediate space available.

Apartment Wait List Started for Niskanen Expansion
A waiting list is being created for students interested in moving to the new Niskanen Expansion (on University Drive, across from the Fargodome). Units (2 bedroom and 3 bedroom) will be available for occupancy beginning fall 2010. Interested students should submit an application now.
