Parking Options:

• Climate controlled, underground parking is a separate commercial project. The rate is $100 per month for apartment tenants (a $25 per month discount compared to the commercial rate). Interested students may contact CityScapes directly at 701.280.5885 and speak with Ryan, Mary, or Paul.
• NDSU students living in Cityscapes Plaza may purchase a parking permit for the Island Park parking structure located on Main Street. The cost is $35 per month (a $10 per month savings compared to the the public rate). Permits are ordered by calling Parking Services at 235-1618. Agreements for the Island Park Ramp are on a month-to-month basis, and each student will be issued his/her own card to access the ramp.
• Other fee based parking is available in the downtown area. Prices vary from $35 to $100 per month. Examples include:
