Additional Charges for Residence Halls:
- $50 per semester for rooms in the high rise & Niskanen halls
- $100 per semester for "E" rooms in the high rise halls & the designed single in Burgum Hall
- $200 per semester for Living/Learning Center
- $200 per semester for single rooms
- $200 per semester for Churchill Singles
Payment Plans and Procedures for Residence Halls
- For students RECEIVING financial aid- Pay at Charges: Payment Event
- For students NOT receiving financial aid- Full payment is due by the first day of classes each semester
- The University will assess a 1% finance charge for all remaining balances after 30 days
- Make all checks payable to NDSU and mail to the Business Office, PO Box 5456, Fargo, ND 58105-5456
