All students under 19 years of age on the first day of classes fall or spring semester are required to live on campus. Exceptions may be granted for students who will be living with a parent or guardian at their primary residence. Requests for this exception should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the student's first term of enrollment.

To request an exception, please read the instruction sheet, print and complete the following form. You can attach all appropriate supporting paperwork and mail to Residence Life.
