LIVING LEARNING CENTER HALL GOVERNMENT POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
President
*Preside over meetings: Hall Government Meetings and Executive Board Mtgs.
*Create and print out agendas for executive board meetings and hall government meetings
*Attend RHA meetings
*Provide leadership of group
*Appoint and fill vacant positions on the Executive Board
*Meet weekly with Hall Director
*Only votes in the case of a tie
Vice President
*Serve in place of President (If Pres. is unable to attend)
*Be in charge of all committees
*Voting Member
*Programming Council Rep
Administrative Clerk
*Plan out the budget with the President and the advisor
*Keep track of budget
*Inform HG of all spending
*Meet weekly with Hall Director
*Voting Member
*Record all meeting minutes of LLC Hall Government
*Record who is in attendance at each meeting
*Post minutes no later than two days after meeting
*Voting Member
RHA Representative
*Attend all RHA meetings
*Give Hall report at RHA
*Give RHA report at Hall Government
*Voting Member
Floor Representatives*** Utilized as yearly needs and interest dictate
*Appointed by RA (2 per staff member)
