If you receive an error message when trying to submit an application, follow the steps below to correct the issue.
If you receive a "timed out due to inactivity" error, make sure your browser cookie settings are correct.
In Internet Explorer:
click on "Tools"
choose "Internet Options"
Make sure "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked, and that you are set to accept first and third party cookies.
Close your browser and re-open it, and this should correct the problem.
