PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION.

By submitting the commitment form, I agree to the following:

• I will attend the organization meeting on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 7:15 AM or 12:00 noon (depending on shift) at West Bison Court Residence Life Office.
  
  
• I will volunteer from either 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, or noon to 5:30 PM on Saturday, August 24, 2013 for the residence hall for which I am assigned as a crew member.  (Shifts will be assigned by July 31st.)
  
  
• I understand that by volunteering, I will be able to move in to the residence halls on Thursday, August 22nd or Friday, August 23rd from 9 AM to 3 PM, will be given a Move-In Crew t-shirt, and will be provided breakfast and/or lunch (depending on shift) on Saturday, August 24, 2013.
  
  
• I will be an ambassador for North Dakota State University and will appropriately welcome students.  I will do this through wearing the Move-In Crew t-shirt during the entire time, helping students move in, and greeting students and families to NDSU.

If I do not fulfill all of the above commitments, I authorize the Department of Residence Life to charge me for early arrival/occupancy of my room (if applicable), meals, and the Move-In Crew t-shirt.  If my ability to participate changes, I will notify Rebecca.Bahe@ndsu.edu by July 1st, 2013.
