Opening a Microsoft Excel File You have selected an Excel file that requires Microsoft Excel to be installed on your computer. Please see the following instructions on how to open the files. Please notice that the instructions vary depending on your operating system and web browser. Instructions for Netscape (PC) Click on the link at the bottom of the page. You will then be prompted to save the file on your computer. After saving the file, just open it in Microsoft Excel - and you are ready to use it. Instructions for Internet Explorer 4.0+ (PC) Click on the link at the bottom of the page. Microsoft Excel will then open the file in your browser - and you are ready to use it. Instructions for Netscape (Mac) Click on the link at the bottom of the page. You will then be prompted to save the file on your computer.
