The best thing to do is to read through the Finance Commission Guidelines, specifically section III. If you have any questions feel free to contact the Finance Commissioners.
How do I start a student organization?
You should start by getting a new student organization packet. They can be picked up in the student government office: 128 Memorial Union. You should also take a look at the student organization documents on the documents page.
