The Department
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology offers courses and programs that focus on the study of human behavior in social settings. The department offers undergraduate majors and minors in anthropology, and sociology. The department faculty also play a key role in the community development and gerontology minors.
At the graduate level, the department offers four different master's degrees: sociology, anthropology, and an online community development degree. Natural resources management (social science option) degrees are offered at the masters and doctoral level.
