  • M.A., Washington State University, 1967
  • B.A., Washington State University, 1965

Dr. Bill Brunton has been a member of the North Dakota State University faculty since 1969. His primary teaching responsibilities are introduction to anthropology, cultural anthropology, linguistics, and magic and religion.  He retired in 2001 but we're hoping to keep him involved in teaching a class occasionally.

Dr. Brunton's is Director of Field Associates for the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and is editor of the journal Shanamism
