Graduate Degree Certificate Requirements

Program Description

Requirements for a graduate certificate in statistics consists of the following:

STAT 662 Introduction to Experimental Design - 3 credits
STAT 663* Nonparametric Statistics - 3 credits
STAT 725* Applied Statistics - 3 credits
STAT 726 Applied Regression & Analysis of Variance-3 credits

Total Number of Credits = 12

*A graduate level statistics course (pre-approved by the Chair of the Department of Statistics) may be substituted for STAT 663 &/or 725.  Other substitutions may be allowed with prior approval by Chair.

Students need to apply to the graduate degree certificate program through the Graduate School.  Please contact the Graduate School for further information.
