ACE Assistant Job Description
ACE Assistants are primarily responsible for addressing customer service needs, coordinating the check-in/check-out process and directing students to the appropriate services at ACE. This position requires superb interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with other students. ACE Assistants will act as referral agents and should have genuine concern for the academic needs of students. They will also assist in monitoring student participation and behavior.
The requirements of the Assistant position include, but are not limited to:
• Attendance at all staff training events (Fall and Spring training)
• Participation in an annual performance review and an exit interview with ACE management
• Assist ACE management with other projects as requested
Remuneration:
Houly pay starts at $7.50 with raises available commensurate with experience and performance.
Qualifications:
ACE Assistants must have excellent communication and organization skills, as well as a desire to help fellow students. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but is not required. Preference is given to undergraduate work-study students.
