Project Description: This proposal, submitted by Information Technology Services (ITS), requests funds for ongoing support for essential IT services in support of the teaching and learning missions of the university. The funding request includes cost of equipment, hardware refresh, maintenance, software, materials, supplies, and student employee salaries.

Milestones:
The following replacement equipment was purchased and installed by 12/31/07
- 21 projectors
- 10 document cameras
- 10 AV switchers
- 15 overhead transparency projectors
- 64 computer systems
Note: No short classes were offered during fall semester, due to changes in student and staff leadership of the student training program and new versions of Microsoft and Adobe software. Classes were revised, new classes were developed, and student trainers were trained during fall semester.
30 workshops were provided to support classroom technology projects, as requested by instructors; topics included working with audio and video, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher.
Student Technology Services Fall Retreat was held on August 17, 2007.
